Exchange Access Disclosure

Service Role. FinLed USA LLC provides a user interface that enables access to independent digital-asset liquidity providers. FinLed USA LLC is not the counterparty to any transaction, does not intermediate or clear orders, and does not take possession of customer funds.

Counterparty & Execution. All exchanges are executed by an independent service provider acting as the counterparty of record. Pricing, execution, settlement, limits, and any identity or compliance checks are determined solely by that provider.

No Custody or Transmission. FinLed USA LLC does not custody, receive, hold, transmit, or control client fiat or digital assets at any time. Wallet addresses are supplied directly by the executing provider and/or the user.

Regulatory Status. FinLed USA LLC does not operate a trading venue, broker, dealer, custodian, money transmitter, or payment service. Access to the executing provider is offered as a technology interface only. Availability is subject to applicable laws and the provider’s own compliance framework.

Jurisdictions & Sanctions. Access may be restricted based on your location and local law. Use is prohibited by persons or entities subject to trade or economic sanctions or in jurisdictions where the service is not permitted.

Risk Disclosure. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value rapidly. Network congestion, protocol changes, confirmation delays, and third-party outages can affect timing and outcomes. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallets and verifying destination addresses before authorizing a transfer.

Fees & Pricing. Rates, fees, and final amounts are displayed by the executing provider at the time of transaction and may change until confirmed on-chain. FinLed USA LLC does not add surcharges beyond what is shown by the provider.

Identity & Compliance. While FinLed USA LLC does not onboard users for this service, the executing provider may request information or documentation where required by law (including anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, and sanctions compliance).

Tax & Reporting. You are responsible for all tax filings and reporting arising from your activity.

No Advice. Nothing here constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, nor a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinLed USA LLC is not liable for loss or damage arising from third-party services, network events, user error (including incorrect addresses), or market movements.
